📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Capture high-quality video footage of padel matches, events, and facility tours using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
• Edit and post-produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, ensuring high production values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute video content strategies that align with our brand and goals.
• Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including scouting locations and coordinating with models and crew.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our visual storytelling.
• Provide on-site support for events and matches, ensuring all visual needs are met.
• Contribute to the development of our in-house content library, creating a diverse range of visual assets for future use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
• Experience with professional-grade cameras and lighting equipment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, particularly in the context of sports and leisure.
• Passion for padel and a keen eye for capturing the unique atmosphere of Bali.
