📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate conventional and/or CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality metal components.
• Follow and adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on lathe machines.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in operating conventional and/or CNC lathe machines.
• Familiarity with metalworking processes and tools.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification programs.
