HR Generalist - Brand Activation

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop the HR function for the Brand Activation team, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for Brand Activation team members.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the Brand Activation team.
• Collaborate with the Brand Activation team to create and execute HR strategies that align with our brand goals.
• Support the Brand Activation Manager in driving brand engagement initiatives, including events, promotions, and customer experiences.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide HR guidance and support to the Brand Activation team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Experience in brand activation or event management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar tools.
