📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process customer transactions accurately using our POS system
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle cash and card payments securely and efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and service improvements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cashier roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
