📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brew and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with high precision and creativity.
• Operate and maintain our espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment.
• Manage our point-of-sale system, including processing orders and handling payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns with a smile.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our coffee offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, such as Square or Toast.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Valid food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
