📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess customers' financing needs and design tailored solutions using Islamic finance principles
• Facilitate the approval and disbursement of sharia-compliant loans
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to monitor loan performance and provide necessary support
• Collaborate with the branch management team to develop and implement financing strategies
• Provide training and support to branch staff on Islamic finance products and services
• Monitor and report on branch financing performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and apply relevant knowledge to the branch's operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financing, Islamic finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of Islamic finance principles and products (e.g., Murabahah, Ijarah, Istisna, Musyarakah)
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
