📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized shopping advice and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Curate and recommend luxury fashion items based on clients' preferences and body types.
• Assist clients with online orders, including product selection, sizing, and delivery options.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments to ensure our boutique offers the most current and relevant products.
• Collaborate with the styling team to create cohesive and stylish outfits for clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote our brand and products through various marketing channels and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized boutique, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
• A strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as we have multilingual team.
