📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of stored goods.
• Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with broader supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with inventory management software like Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a forklift.
