📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our beauty treatments and products.
- Manage and schedule client appointments efficiently.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting our services and products.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or sales role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer service certification (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
