📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.,Monitor warehouse metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and logistics management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
