As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to improve clarity and readability,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Provide technical writing support to internal teams and external stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve technical documentation,Work with translators to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations of technical content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
