Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write tutorials, how-to guides, and user manuals,Ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical content,Review and edit technical documents for clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of technical content strategies and plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills in English,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
