Cendana Logistik Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive store performance and profitability.,Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
