PLT Engineering is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work on our Business Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems that power our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems,Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features,Optimize and improve the performance of existing backend systems,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers,Troubleshoot and debug issues in the backend systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development,Mentor and guide junior developers on the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in backend development,Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Go,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure,Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB,Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and collaboration skills
