📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate, personal, and payroll taxes.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax-related activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team on tax planning and compliance matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's tax practices are in line with current requirements.,Manage and mentor junior tax officers to ensure the continued development and success of the tax department.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, personal, and payroll taxes.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the maritime industry is a plus.
