Village Bold Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Admin to join our team in Kediri. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving their objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and ensuring timely payment.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
