📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback
• Conducting user research and usability testing
• Ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
• Continuously improving and updating designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides
• Presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven portfolio of successful UI/UX design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
