Resto Putri Bakery is seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our Ubud-based bakery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance and customer feedback.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and increase sales.,Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other promotional materials.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
