Asia Stainless Steel is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.,Experience with quality control and continuous improvement processes is a plus.
