📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals,Maintain and update operational records and reports,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies,Assist in the implementation of new operational processes,Provide support to the team during peak periods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
