📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide regular financial reports and presentations to the management team and board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a remote setting.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies is a plus.
