📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensuring patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized nursing station.Assisting in the preparation and administration of medications, including IV therapy.Monitoring and recording patient progress, including vital signs and symptoms.Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.Assisting in the management of patient records and documentation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Experience in a multicultural or international healthcare setting is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
