PT Terang Galih is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.,Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
