📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance team performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with inventory management and merchandising.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
