Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing data quality controls and processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and technologies, and recommend improvements to the team.,Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience leading and mentoring a team of data analysts.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
