📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Conduct job postings and advertise job openings on various platforms.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency.
