Place Royal Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.
