Shine Net Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Lubuklinggau and remotely. We offer a competitive salary package and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.,Prepare budget forecasts and variance analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
