📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes,Support the HR team in administrative tasks,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and administrative skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
