Star Smart Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Store Operator to join our team in Pematangsiantar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock-taking, ordering, and reordering.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and resolving any issues.,Monitor sales performance and report to the Store Operator.,Conduct regular checks on product quality and shelf life.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or store operations is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.,Must be able to lift and move heavy items.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
