📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with production teams to meet daily production targets.,Monitor and report on production performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
