Bold Gate Pratama is seeking a dedicated Deputy Operations Staff to join our team in Majalengka, Jawa Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.,Support the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Provide administrative support to the Operations team.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
