Urban Food Cemerlang is a rapidly growing food delivery service in Palembang, looking for a Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events, such as training sessions and team-building activities.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of employee development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
