📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Manage the department's budget, ensuring that all financial resources are used responsibly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's overall goals are met.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them within the department as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business administration or a similar field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or similar environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers.,Proven track record of success in achieving departmental and company goals.,Familiarity with retail operations and management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
