📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize travel bookings using GDS tools like Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our global clients, ensuring their travel needs are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver seamless travel solutions.
• Monitor and analyze travel data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in travel management.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive travel records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new travel policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our travel services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a GDS-related role, preferably in a corporate travel environment.
• Certification in GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with travel management software and tools is a plus.
