As a Corporate HR Payroll Staff, you'll handle end-to-end payroll processes using our in-house payroll system, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and employee benefit management. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process monthly payroll for 500+ employees using our in-house payroll system
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and timely
- Manage tax deductions and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal and employment information
- Handle employee benefit management, including insurance and retirement plans
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
- Assist in payroll reporting and analysis for HR and management
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in using payroll software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
