You will utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and hands-on experiments, to create a dynamic learning environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lesson plans and curriculum that align with national and state standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding of Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Utilize educational technology, such as interactive whiteboards and educational software, to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct hands-on experiments and demonstrations to illustrate key concepts in Chemistry and Physics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student grades and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of national and state curriculum standards for Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in educational technology and a willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
