📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners through strategic communication and negotiation.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage our online presence, including our website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners to ensure that our marketing efforts are effective and profitable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and negotiate effectively.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
