📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and usage.,Support the fleet manager in organizing and managing fuel and lubricant inventory.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
