📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating daily operations of the vessel.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Monitor and maintain navigation equipment and systems.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Assist in the preparation and execution of voyage plans.,Provide support in emergency situations and drills.,Maintain accurate records of operations and incidents.,Assist in crew management and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Master's or Officer's Certificate of Competency (OOW/OSV).,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local and international maritime regulations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid sea service record and good health status.
