📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective client engagement.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in the jewelry or retail industry.,Strong understanding of the jewelry market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
