Duta Lestari Tea is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality tea products to both retail and wholesale customers. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. If you are passionate about tea and have a strong sales background, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of retail and wholesale customers.,Promote and sell Duta Lestari Tea products through various sales channels.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or consumer goods industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian tea market is an advantage.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
