📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.,Proficient in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
