📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Providing direct patient care and ensuring patient comfort and safety

Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers

Administering medications as prescribed by physicians

Monitoring and recording vital signs and other patient data

Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

Assisting with the maintenance and cleanliness of patient rooms and equipment

Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse

Valid nursing license and certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and policies

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
