Pacific Beverage is looking for a Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior IT staff. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company in the Pontianak area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues,Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Monitor and report on IT performance and security,Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards,Collaborate with other departments to improve IT systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Experience with IT security and compliance,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
