KINETIC Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Distribution Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution management and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to optimize distribution routes and schedules.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular site visits to distribution points to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and suggest improvements.,Manage and mentor a team of distribution officers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving distribution efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and distribution challenges is a plus.
