Berjaya Textile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Distribution Officer to join our team in Sanur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution routes and reduce delivery times.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and trends.,Manage and mentor junior distribution officers to ensure high performance and productivity.,Collaborate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and distribution.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
