📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the final quality inspection process, ensuring all products meet our rigorous standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, providing training and guidance to maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular inspections using advanced textile testing equipment and software like SPECTRA and KES-F.
• Identify and document quality issues, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards, including ISO and Oeko-Tex.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights to improve overall product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality inspection processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection, with a focus on textile manufacturing.
• Certification in textile quality inspection, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring inspection teams.
• Strong knowledge of textile testing equipment and software, including SPECTRA and KES-F.
• Familiarity with international quality standards, including ISO and Oeko-Tex.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
